DIS88 Disconnection Policy: Ensuring Fairness and Security

At DIS88, we understand that internet connectivity issues may sometimes disrupt your gaming experience. To ensure fair play and protect our players from unjustifiable losses due to disconnection, we have implemented systems designed to handle such incidents. Our policy guarantees that players are not penalized for unintentional disconnections while also preventing any potential misuse or exploitation of the system.

What Happens if I am Disconnected While Playing?

In the event of a disconnection, the procedures vary depending on the type of game you are playing. We outline below how different games handle disconnections to ensure that your experience remains as seamless as possible:

Table Games: Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and Caribbean Poker
 

Blackjack: If disconnected before the Deal button is pressed but after placing a bet, your wager will be returned. Upon reconnection, you will be able to resume your game from where you left off. If the game remains incomplete after 30 days, the session will be automatically played out using optimal strategy.

Roulette: If disconnection occurs before the Spin button is pressed, your bet will be returned. If it happens afterward, the result will be determined by our random number generator. Reconnect to view the outcome or resume the game.

Baccarat and Caribbean Poker: Play continues during disconnections. You can view your results in the game’s history upon reconnection.

Slot Machines

If disconnection happens after placing a bet and pressing Spin:

If no further action is required from you, the game will be decided by our random number generator.

If additional action is needed, the game will pause until you reconnect and continue where you left off. After 30 days, the game outcome will be automatically determined.
 

Jackpot Games

In jackpot games, you typically have 30 seconds to select a jackpot. If disconnection occurs and you cannot reconnect within this time, a random selection will be made on your behalf by the random number generator.

Video Poker

If you are disconnected after pressing the Deal button but before selecting the cards to hold, the game will pause until you reconnect. If the game remains incomplete for 30 days, the result will be automatically generated.

Craps and Keno

For Craps, if you are disconnected before rolling the dice, your bet will be returned. For Keno, your game will play out automatically upon disconnection, and you can check the outcome upon reconnecting.

Poker Disconnection Procedures

Ring Games: If you disconnect in a ring game, the system will automatically check or fold your hand, depending on the game state. Disconnected players will not be placed "all in" unless a server issue affects all players.

Tournaments: For tournament play, if you are disconnected and cannot reconnect in time, you will continue to play the blinds until eliminated. In the event of a tournament-wide server issue, the prize pool will be evenly distributed among remaining players.

Server Outage Policy

In the case of a widespread server outage, the game or tournament in progress will be terminated. For ring games, funds will be returned as if the interrupted hand had not been played. For tournaments, the prize pool will be shared among players still in the game at the time of the outage.

Sports Betting Disconnection

If you are disconnected before pressing the Place Bet button, no funds will be taken from your account. After pressing the button, you can check the status of your bet in your sportsbook bet history upon reconnection to see whether it was accepted.
